The Roosevelt Parent, Teacher, Student Association (PTSA) is dedicated to making every child’s potential a reality. This commitment extends from pre-K to high school students.
Since 2016, the Roosevelt PTSA has awarded scholarships to graduating seniors who wish to continue their education beyond high school, whether that’s achieved through a college degree or through technical training and certification. The PTSA intent is to support students who are well-rounded, hard-working and show determination and potential.
Please apply for one of the following scholarships:
$250 College Book Scholarship – Awarded to one graduating student for book supplies.
$500 College Jumpstart Scholarship – Awarded to one graduating student who will attend a technical school or a two-year accredited institution of higher learning in the fall or spring semester of the next school year. GPA 2.5 or higher.
$1,000 Presidential Scholarship – Awarded to one graduating student who will attend a four-year accredited institution of higher learning in the fall or spring semester of the next school year. GPA 3.0 or higher.
Scholarships are awarded based on the availability of PTSA funds. Funding is made available through the generous donations provided by our members and community partners. The more we raise, the more we can do to ensure that our students, who have worked so hard for college acceptances, have the opportunity and the means to attend
