Community Development Capital’s daily operations are led by an experienced executive team, headed by Fund Manager Lisa Mazique.
Lisa Mazique brings deep expertise in economic development, public finance, and community revitalization. She previously served as Senior Advisor to the City Manager for Economic Development for the City of Miami, where she led cross-sector collaborations to advance equitable growth.
Previously, Ms. Mazique served as Executive Director of the New Orleans Redevelopment Authority, overseeing major housing and redevelopment programs.
Her leadership reflects a lifelong commitment to revitalization rooted in strategy, accountability, and impact.
